Did you know that every year, about 1.5 million Kenyans become poor because of paying for health care out of their own pockets?

That’s crazy!

Having medical insurance can help you save money, get better health care, and deal with any medical emergencies that might come up.

But how do you choose a medical insurance cover?

There are many options out there, and they all have different features like what they cover, how much they cost, what benefits they offer, what waiting periods they have, etc.

It can be confusing and overwhelming to compare them all. That’s why we are here to help. In this article, we will provide an overview of the best medical insurance covers in Kenya.
